When you are going to place your order for a waste container rental, there are a few things that we ask you to keep in mind when it comes to delivery day. Most important would probably be the accessibility of your rental location. This means not only the immediate location where the dumpster will be placed, but also the location leading up to you. If the road you have us going on is not properly paved or it is too narrow, there will be an issue when we try and make delivery. Our drivers will not try and drop a dumpster at a location they have a hard time getting too. Similarly, if there are any low-hanging wires or branches that could impede the process of our driver, this would cause an issue as well.

You must also be certain that the location where we are going to place your roll-off rental has had all vehicles and other obstructions removed from it. If our driver cannot back in to drop your waste container, they will not be able to handle your delivery. Similarly, they will not handle your waste removal until all vehicles and obstructions have been removed from the immediate location. If you are going to have an open-top delivery made to your driveway, we ask that you have measured to be certain you have enough space before we arrive. The exact dimensions of each of our units are posted above. You would need a permit from the city if you wanted a dumpster placed that was to be going past your driveway.

We rented a 20 yd dumpster for 2 weeks, with the rental period ending on 8/28/24. The service when I ordered/confirmed was quick and great, the dropoff was simple and easy, and scheduling pickup was simple as well. I had NO issues with this company or dumpster until the day of pickup. READ HERE: On the day of pickup, at 5:48am, I got a notification of a $74 charge to my credit card (the card that was used to pay upfront for the rental). I immediately emailed customer support and asked what the charge was for because we STILL HAD the dumpster at our home so I was confused - it had not been removed yet since it was so early in the day. I figured it was an honest billing mistake. The customer sevice person emailed me back at 7:45am, saying that the $74 was an overage fee since our dumpster went over the 1-ton weight limit. BUT THE DUMPSTER HADN'T EVEN BEEN PICKED UP YET. I STILL gave the benefit of the doubt, wondering if there was a censor of some sort on the dumpsters where they can tell the weight digitally from afar - but THEN, I read some of the other bad reviews here, and it seems this is a recurring thing. They charged my card for additional weight before they even removed/weighed the dumpster - had I not set alerts up to my phone, I likely wouldn't have realized this extra charge for quite awhile (if ever). I messaged with customer support who said they'll look into it with accounting, and I asked for photo/documentation proof of the final weight of our dumpster - to prove they charge fairly and aren't just adding how ever much weight they want knowing there's no way for customers to find out. The woman told me that IF this was an accurate charge, she'd provide the weight ticket from the landfill (proving they do NOT weigh it until it's at the landfill which would've been hours after my 5:48am credit charge). Support came back saying it WAS a "mistake," and I shouldn't have been charged that - and they did reverse it quickly; but I am left to wonder based on this experience and the past reviews if this was genuinely a mistake, or if this is something they do to get extra money every so often in hopes that people don't notice the additional charge to their credit cards. Good experience other than now feeling like they tried to charge me extra unfairly - and likely will not use this 3rd party company again for that reason alone.
