Can you deliver to more than one location? - Certainly. We can deliver to as many different locations as you will be working from. We work with contractors all the time and accommodate anything that is going on with their projects. It doesn't matter how many projects that may be. Budget Dumpster is here to make sure you have all of your roll-off deliveries made to the exact location where you need them. Feel free to rent as many as you want for each location as well. There is no limit on the number of open-top units you can have out at one time. Also, feel free to stagger the delivery dates in order to accommodate for projects that are going to amp up in their waste removal needs.

Can I mix refuse in a waste container? - If you are disposing of general household and construction debris, it is ok to mix your refuse in the unit. However, if you are going to be disposing of heavy debris, that's another story. With heavy debris, we ask that you are not mixing these refuse types in the same dumpster. We ask that you are renting more than one roll-off container for these types of projects. You should have the same number of dumpster rentals as you have refuse types when it comes to heavy debris. Please keep this in mind when you are placing your order. If our driver shows up and you have heavy debris types that are mixed together, they will leave without handling your waste removal. Avoid these issues by renting properly.

We rented a 20 yd dumpster for 2 weeks, with the rental period ending on 8/28/24. The service when I ordered/confirmed was quick and great, the dropoff was simple and easy, and scheduling pickup was simple as well. I had NO issues with this company or dumpster until the day of pickup. READ HERE: On the day of pickup, at 5:48am, I got a notification of a $74 charge to my credit card (the card that was used to pay upfront for the rental). I immediately emailed customer support and asked what the charge was for because we STILL HAD the dumpster at our home so I was confused - it had not been removed yet since it was so early in the day. I figured it was an honest billing mistake. The customer sevice person emailed me back at 7:45am, saying that the $74 was an overage fee since our dumpster went over the 1-ton weight limit. BUT THE DUMPSTER HADN'T EVEN BEEN PICKED UP YET. I STILL gave the benefit of the doubt, wondering if there was a censor of some sort on the dumpsters where they can tell the weight digitally from afar - but THEN, I read some of the other bad reviews here, and it seems this is a recurring thing. They charged my card for additional weight before they even removed/weighed the dumpster - had I not set alerts up to my phone, I likely wouldn't have realized this extra charge for quite awhile (if ever). I messaged with customer support who said they'll look into it with accounting, and I asked for photo/documentation proof of the final weight of our dumpster - to prove they charge fairly and aren't just adding how ever much weight they want knowing there's no way for customers to find out. The woman told me that IF this was an accurate charge, she'd provide the weight ticket from the landfill (proving they do NOT weigh it until it's at the landfill which would've been hours after my 5:48am credit charge). Support came back saying it WAS a "mistake," and I shouldn't have been charged that - and they did reverse it quickly; but I am left to wonder based on this experience and the past reviews if this was genuinely a mistake, or if this is something they do to get extra money every so often in hopes that people don't notice the additional charge to their credit cards. Good experience other than now feeling like they tried to charge me extra unfairly - and likely will not use this 3rd party company again for that reason alone.
