“TLDR: These guys were great! Rental value was at a deal and super reasonable. There were no surprise charges. They notified us when things were happening. And they were just overall really nice! I needed a 40-yard for an intense DIY home gutting (attic, kitchen, basement - everything!) With the economy being what it is and summer being the high-demand season, prices in the area have been up from usual. Needless to say I was looking for the best deal possible. I did my homework: I figured out all the rules around dumpster rentals (what you can and can't toss in there, possible weight overages, etc.) and then I called a whole list of businesses to find one within my budget. BD happened to be the last one on my list. Every other place had wild prices or didn't have the size I needed. There was only one other place I considered, and BD won me over by answering all of my silly questions patiently. They worked out an amazing deal with me, were timely with delivery, and super communicative. I called them three [million] times while we had the dumpster on site to confirm if very specific items were able to be tossed in and they were always happy to answer my questions, never treating me like an annoyance. Do I need a permit when I rent a dumpster?
You will need to contact the city of Mount Washington’s Public Works Department if your dumpster rental will block a right-of-way. This includes public property such as a street or sidewalk.
