This means that you are going to have a full two weeks with the open-top unit from the moment it is delivered onsite. We don't start your rental period when you place the order. And we understand that every project is going to take an undetermined amount of time. You aren't going to have a clear indication of how long you are going to need the roll-off rental until you have spent time using and filling it. This is why we allow you to extend that rental out as long as you are going to need. Keep the dumpster even longer than two weeks if necessary, you don't even have to tell us. There is a flat-rate price of ten dollars a day for every day after the first fourteen.
What should I do to schedule waste removal? - When you are finished with the dumpster, all you have to do is call us back. We'll send a driver out to make pickup on the unit for you. Just be sure that you call us and not the number on the side of the waste container. We handle every part of the order for you to help avoid any confusion. Also, please be finished using the dumpster before scheduling waste removal. Our drivers cannot wait around while you continue to fill the dumpster with refuse. They would leave without removing your rental and you would need to reschedule.
