How long can I keep the waste container? - There is an initial two week rental period that comes included with each roll-off rental that you receive. This begins when the dumpster is delivered onsite. It DOES NOT start when you place the order. Also, each rental period is separate for each dumpster that you rent. So renting two open-top units would mean you have two separate two week rentals. We understand that every project is going to take an undetermined amount of time, however. This is why we can allow you to extend the rental period out longer if you think you are going to need more time with the dumpster. Feel free to not even tell us. There is a flat-rate pricing plan of ten dollars a day for every day after those first fourteen.
How should I schedule waste removal? - When you are finished with the dumpster rental, please call us back. We can then send a driver out to your delivery location to remove that trash bin from your site. Please be sure that you call us, here at Budget Dumpster, as we handle every part of the order for the customer. This is to help avoid any headaches or confusion about the rental. Also, please be totally finished with the unit before calling us back. Our drivers are not able to sit around while you continue to fill a dumpster with refuse. They would leave without handling the order and you would need to reschedule. This would also result in a trip fee being assessed to your account.
