What should I know about filling the waste container? - We ask that you keep a few things in mind when you are filling your roll-off rental. This is just to make sure there are no issues that crop up when our drivers arrive onsite to handle your waste removal. Regardless of the refuse you are disposing of, we ask that you are always filling the open-top unit evenly throughout. This means that neither end of the dumpster is going to be filled higher than the other at any point. If this is the case, it would be your responsibility to remove the excess refuse before we handled your waste removal. This would also result in a trip fee being assessed to your account for the first attempt that our driver made. Avoid these issues by filling your dumpster evenly the entire time you are filling it.
Is there anything for specific debris types that I should know? - Depending on the debris type, there are a few things that you should keep in mind. For general household and construction debris, we ask that you are filling your rental to the point where the refuse is level with the height of the walls. Anything higher than this and by law we would be unable to load the unit back onto the flatbed. For heavy debris, we ask that you are only filling the dumpster until the debris is halfway up the height of the walls. Anything more than this and the incurred weight of the roll-off would be too heavy for us to remove from your location.
