What should I remember for delivery? - Before you even place the order, we ask that you have guaranteed we will be able to make delivery at your location. Budget Dumpster works with our customers to make sure that they are not trying to get a dumpster delivered somewhere it is not going to be able to fit. This includes alley ways and roads that are not properly paved. So make sure that you have a location easily serviceable by a flatbed truck.
What about the delivery location? - It is imperative that you measure the area beforehand to make sure that you are going to have enough space for the roll-off rental. There is a handy table in the above section where we list all of the pricing as well as the sizes of each open-top unit we have available. Also, please remove all vehicles or other obstructions from the delivery point. If our drivers show up either to drop the dumpster or handle waste removal and there is something blocking that area, they will leave without handling that part of the service.
What happens if I need to reschedule? - If for any reason you need to reschedule your delivery or waste removal, there will be a trip fee assessed to your account. This is for the fuel and time it took our driver to come out to your location and make their attempt. These trip fees can be upwards of one hundred dollars and are certainly something to avoid.
