“I have to say I had a really great experience with Budget Dumpster. They were timely with drop off and pickup and was amazing. My one annoyance was getting billed for an additional fee for being too heavy. Maybe I missed fine print which is totally possible but it said to just not go above the line to add items and I clearly have no way of weighing a dumpster. My friend who recommended had the same issue and I kind of feel like they might advertise cheaper than it actually is.”

When you call our team, describe your project and we'll advise you on the right bin for the job. Generally, the dumpster rental size you need depends on the volume and type of debris you're working with. A 10 yard dumpster is great for single-room cleanouts, while a 30 yard bin is fitting for construction projects. We also offer a range of sizes in between and can customize a recommendation specifically for your needs.
The best way to fill your dumpster is to walk items inside through the loading door. This will help you spread them evenly throughout the bin and fully utilize the space. Once bulky, heavy items are inside the roll off container, you can toss smaller, lighter objects in over the side. When you're done cleaning up, make sure no materials are sticking up over the top of the container or draped down the sides.
If you’re using your dumpster rental for a home improvement project or cleanout, your driveway is usually the most convenient place to keep it. On job sites, you should keep the bin in a designated waste and recycling area. Please note that our roll off containers need to be placed on a flat surface to ensure we can retrieve them after delivery. If there isn’t room for a dumpster on your property, street placement may be an option. Give us a call or contact the Village of South Elgin to check if you'll need a Public Right-of-Way Permit.
1. Choose a size and delivery spot. We require 60 feet of space in a straight line and 23 feet of vertical clearance.
2. Prepare for delivery. Remove any vehicles, materials or low-hanging obstacles to ensure we can deliver your dumpster and to avoid a trip fee.
3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
