How should I be filling the unit? - We ask that regardless of the debris type, you are filling the dumpster evenly throughout. This means that neither end of the container is going to be filled more than the other. If this is the case, our drivers will leave without making pickup and you would have to even out the refuse on your own. There is a door on the open-top unit that can be utilized in order to more easily keep your refuse level. If you are receiving a home delivery and would like access to this door, please let us know.
What should I know about household and construction debris? - For general debris, we ask that you are filling the dumpster to the point of the refuse being level with the height of the walls. Anything more than this and the unit would be considered too full for us to be on the road. Again, our drivers will not help you remove any debris from the roll-off waste container and they will not wait around while you do so either. So be prepared for your waste removal.
What about heavy debris? - When you are disposing of heavy debris, please only fill the dumpster halfway up the sides of the container. Anything more than this and the incurred weight of the unit would be too great for us to load it back onto the flatbed. And if you are going to be disposing of more than one type of refuse, we ask that you rent your dumpsters accordingly and do not mix heavy debris types.
