What should I know about filling the dumpster? - When you are filling the waste container, there are a few things to keep in mind. Most importantly, you should be filling the open-top unit evenly the entire time. This goes for general household and construction debris as well as heavy debris. Please do not let one end of the container be filled any more than the other. If this is the case, there will be an issue when our driver arrives to make pickup on the roll-off.
How full can I fill a dumpster? - If you are disposing of general household and construction debris, you are able to fill the dumpster to point of the refuse being level with the height of the walls. Anything above this point and by law our drivers are not allowed on the road with the unit. Please remember these instructions as our drivers will not wait around while your remove debris from the open-top container. If this happens, your account would be assessed a trip fee for the time and fuel it took to make this first attempt.
What about heavy debris? - If you are going to be disposing of heavy debris, we ask that you are only filling the dumpster to the point of the refuse going halfway up the height of the walls. Anything more than this and the dumpster would be too heavy to load back onto the flatbed. Also, we ask that you don't mix heavy debris types. Please rent more than one waste container if you are going to be disposing of multiple types of heavy debris.
