Can my dumpster rental sit on an incline?
We can’t park your roll off dumpster on a hill or steep incline. This poses a safety concern and makes it difficult for you to load the dumpster. If the incline is steep enough that you need a parking brake for your vehicle, we can’t drop off your bin there. Schedule delivery to a level, paved surface close to your jobsite. A driveway or designated waste area is ideal. Need to keep your roll off container in the street? Reach out to the city of Versailles Street Department to ask about permitting information.
Should I mark the delivery spot for my roll off dumpster?
You don't have to mark the drop-off area, but it helps our driver deliver your roll off container to the right spot. If you want to mark it, you can use traffic cones, chalk or colored tape. You can also lay down plywood to protect the pavement from potential scrapes and scratches. Just make sure the area is free of vehicles or equipment before we get there. 4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
