What should I do when I finish with a waste container?
When you have finished with the dumpster that you have rented, all you have to do is pick up the phone. Monday thru Friday we're open between 7 am and 8pm Eastern to help you schedule waste removal. Just be sure that you call the same number you called to place the order. Do not call the number on the side of the dumpster. Budget Dumpster handles every part of the order for you to help avoid any headache or hassle. Within minutes you can have your waste removal scheduled. Typically, if you call before noon, we can even get out to you the following business day to remove that roll-off rental.
Please be sure that you are totally finished with the dumpster before you schedule waste removal. Our drivers are unable to wait around onsite while you continue to fill the dumpster. They will also be unable help you move or remove refuse from the open-top. So make sure that you have not over-filled the waste container with your debris. If they cannot make pickup for any reason, your account will be assessed a nonrefundable trip fee of around one hundred dollars.
