What should I do when I finish with a waste container?

When you have finished with the dumpster that you have rented, all you have to do is pick up the phone. Monday thru Friday we're open between 7 am and 8pm Eastern to help you schedule waste removal. Just be sure that you call the same number you called to place the order. Do not call the number on the side of the dumpster. Budget Dumpster handles every part of the order for you to help avoid any headache or hassle. Within minutes you can have your waste removal scheduled. Typically, if you call before noon, we can even get out to you the following business day to remove that roll-off rental.

Please be sure that you are totally finished with the dumpster before you schedule waste removal. Our drivers are unable to wait around onsite while you continue to fill the dumpster. They will also be unable help you move or remove refuse from the open-top. So make sure that you have not over-filled the waste container with your debris. If they cannot make pickup for any reason, your account will be assessed a nonrefundable trip fee of around one hundred dollars. You would also need to reschedule the removal of your dumpster for a later date. If you have any questions about pickup or even delivery, feel free to give us a call. Any one of our customer service representatives are going to be able to answer your questions and help you keep that project running smoothly from start to finish.

They make sure you're informed about what to expect and they deliver what they promise, WHEN they promise. Originally, I had to schedule my pickup on the first available date, which was one day later than my rental term. BD contacted me to say I wouldn't be charged for that extra day. A few hours later they contacted me again to let me know they'd had a cancellation on the date I requested to begin with, so I got my pickup on that date after all. I was totally impressed by the heads-up way they monitor the whole process and look for chances to make the service even better.

I ordered and paid for a 15 yard dumpster and was delivered a 12 yard dumpster. After multiple calls showing pictures of the dumpster and tape measured dimensions proving it was a 12 yard size, they insisted it was actually 15 yards and refused to do anything about it. Edit: Customer Service reached out to me and finally offered a refund for the price difference. This doesn't help with the inconvenience of being unable to fit everything in the smaller dumpster, but at least they did something. My advice is still to check the dimensions when it's delivered

This was my second experience using Budget Dumpster and will probably be my last. Prices went up on dumpster use - I believe 20%+. Even after telling the representatives I knew I was past my rental period and was ok paying the daily charge, I felt like they could not refer to my account notes that I was extending and would contact them when complete. Multiple emails and multiple calls after this fact made me believe they really did not have their processes down good. The last time they called, I just told them to come get the dumpster and I’ve had it with them. Save yourself a good bit of money and what sanity you have and just source a local company online.
