Will my roll off dumpster have a door?
Yes. Each of our roll off containers features a door that allows you to walk heavy or bulky items inside the container safely. If you’re using a wheelbarrow to collect debris, you can simply roll it through the door and dump it out. When loading your dumpster, try to keep your items spaced throughout the bin to keep the weight evenly distributed.
What items cannot go in my dumpster rental?
While we accept a wide range of debris types, certain materials cannot be disposed of when you rent a dumpster in Antioch. Prohibited items, including paint, liquid wastes, pesticides, batteries, motor oil and tires, are not allowed in your roll off dumpster because they may pose a significant safety hazard or could damage the container.
Do I need a permit for my dumpster rental?
If you are placing your dumpster on private property, such as in your driveway, you will not need a permit. If you choose to place your dumpster on a street or blocking a sidewalk, you will need to apply for an Encroachment Permit from the city's Public Works Department. 3. Fill up your dumpster. Remember to keep your included weight limit in mind to prevent overage fees.
4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
