What if I need more than one dumpster but don't have the space? - That's perfectly fine. We can set you up with something called an empty and return service. This means that you are going to have a fresh, empty container onsite whenever you need it. Never again are you going to need to put your project on hold while you wait for a new open-top dumpster. All you have to do is call us back when you are finished with a roll-off. We'll send a driver out to make pickup and handle your waste removal. At the same time, they'll drop off a fresh, empty open-top unit. You can continue doing this for as long as your project requires. And if you are going to need longer with the dumpster that you currently have, that's no issue as well. Feel free to keep each unit as long as you need for a flat-rate pricing plan.

Do I need a permit? - A permit is not required if you are going to have the dumpster placed on a location that is privately owned by the person placing the order. However, if any part of the dumpster is going to be placed on public property you will. This includes if you are going to have the roll-off dumpster delivered to a residential location where part of the unit will be placed on the sidewalk or city street. Permits can be obtained through the city and they are required to be present on the scheduled date of delivery.

We rented a 20 yd dumpster for 2 weeks, with the rental period ending on 8/28/24. The service when I ordered/confirmed was quick and great, the dropoff was simple and easy, and scheduling pickup was simple as well. I had NO issues with this company or dumpster until the day of pickup. READ HERE: On the day of pickup, at 5:48am, I got a notification of a $74 charge to my credit card (the card that was used to pay upfront for the rental). I immediately emailed customer support and asked what the charge was for because we STILL HAD the dumpster at our home so I was confused - it had not been removed yet since it was so early in the day. I figured it was an honest billing mistake. The customer sevice person emailed me back at 7:45am, saying that the $74 was an overage fee since our dumpster went over the 1-ton weight limit. BUT THE DUMPSTER HADN'T EVEN BEEN PICKED UP YET. I STILL gave the benefit of the doubt, wondering if there was a censor of some sort on the dumpsters where they can tell the weight digitally from afar - but THEN, I read some of the other bad reviews here, and it seems this is a recurring thing. They charged my card for additional weight before they even removed/weighed the dumpster - had I not set alerts up to my phone, I likely wouldn't have realized this extra charge for quite awhile (if ever). I messaged with customer support who said they'll look into it with accounting, and I asked for photo/documentation proof of the final weight of our dumpster - to prove they charge fairly and aren't just adding how ever much weight they want knowing there's no way for customers to find out. The woman told me that IF this was an accurate charge, she'd provide the weight ticket from the landfill (proving they do NOT weigh it until it's at the landfill which would've been hours after my 5:48am credit charge). Support came back saying it WAS a "mistake," and I shouldn't have been charged that - and they did reverse it quickly; but I am left to wonder based on this experience and the past reviews if this was genuinely a mistake, or if this is something they do to get extra money every so often in hopes that people don't notice the additional charge to their credit cards. Good experience other than now feeling like they tried to charge me extra unfairly - and likely will not use this 3rd party company again for that reason alone.
