Make sure that when you are scheduling your rental you already have a location in mind. Above, you'll find the exact dimensions of each size of container that we can offer. Most importantly, make sure that you are picking a size and a location that is going to work not only for your project but also for your location. If our driver shows up and cannot make delivery, they will leave without placing the dumpster and you would need to reschedule your service. This would also result in a trip fee being assessed to your account. So avoid any issues and make sure that you have chosen a location that is going to fit a dumpster and one that is stable and on level ground. We can't drop a roll-off waste container on a location that has a slope.

Accessibility is also something to keep in mind. Make sure that the road leading up to your location is also easily accessible. This means that it is properly paved and wide enough to fit a flatbed truck without any difficulty. We can't make deliveries to an alley way. So keep that in mind. Also, there can be no low-hanging wires or branches that might clip the top of the truck. If this is a possibility, we strongly suggest that you find an alternate route for us to reach you. Also, when it comes to delivering the open-top unit and also handling your waste removal, we ask that you have a clear and accessible path in. Our trucks are going to back in to the location, so please remove all vehicles and obstructions from the immediate area.

We rented a 20 yd dumpster for 2 weeks, with the rental period ending on 8/28/24. The service when I ordered/confirmed was quick and great, the dropoff was simple and easy, and scheduling pickup was simple as well. I had NO issues with this company or dumpster until the day of pickup. READ HERE: On the day of pickup, at 5:48am, I got a notification of a $74 charge to my credit card (the card that was used to pay upfront for the rental). I immediately emailed customer support and asked what the charge was for because we STILL HAD the dumpster at our home so I was confused - it had not been removed yet since it was so early in the day. I figured it was an honest billing mistake. The customer sevice person emailed me back at 7:45am, saying that the $74 was an overage fee since our dumpster went over the 1-ton weight limit. BUT THE DUMPSTER HADN'T EVEN BEEN PICKED UP YET. I STILL gave the benefit of the doubt, wondering if there was a censor of some sort on the dumpsters where they can tell the weight digitally from afar - but THEN, I read some of the other bad reviews here, and it seems this is a recurring thing. They charged my card for additional weight before they even removed/weighed the dumpster - had I not set alerts up to my phone, I likely wouldn't have realized this extra charge for quite awhile (if ever). I messaged with customer support who said they'll look into it with accounting, and I asked for photo/documentation proof of the final weight of our dumpster - to prove they charge fairly and aren't just adding how ever much weight they want knowing there's no way for customers to find out. The woman told me that IF this was an accurate charge, she'd provide the weight ticket from the landfill (proving they do NOT weigh it until it's at the landfill which would've been hours after my 5:48am credit charge). Support came back saying it WAS a "mistake," and I shouldn't have been charged that - and they did reverse it quickly; but I am left to wonder based on this experience and the past reviews if this was genuinely a mistake, or if this is something they do to get extra money every so often in hopes that people don't notice the additional charge to their credit cards. Good experience other than now feeling like they tried to charge me extra unfairly - and likely will not use this 3rd party company again for that reason alone.
