How long can I keep the rental? - We have an initial two week rental period on each dumpster that you rent from us. This begins from the point the roll-off is delivered and not when you place the order. While we set that initial two week rental on each unit, this is not the only length of time that you can keep the dumpster. For a flat-rate pricing plan of ten dollars a day, we can extend your rental out as long as you need. Keep this in mind if you think your project is going to go over the initial rental period. You don't even need to call us and let us know. All you have to do is call us back when you are finished with the rental.

What should I do to schedule my waste removal? - When you are finished with the rental, all you have to do is call us back. We'll send a driver out to pick up your rental. Please call us and not the number on the side of the dumpster. And remember, we do not automatically come out at any point to remove the unit without you first calling us and scheduling the removal. And please note that our drivers will not come out and help you finish filling the container. It is up to you to make sure that you are completely finished with the rental before you call and tell us to come out for pickup. You would receive a costly trip fee if you scheduled your waste removal but have not finished with the roll-off unit.

We rented a 20 yd dumpster for 2 weeks, with the rental period ending on 8/28/24. The service when I ordered/confirmed was quick and great, the dropoff was simple and easy, and scheduling pickup was simple as well. I had NO issues with this company or dumpster until the day of pickup. READ HERE: On the day of pickup, at 5:48am, I got a notification of a $74 charge to my credit card (the card that was used to pay upfront for the rental). I immediately emailed customer support and asked what the charge was for because we STILL HAD the dumpster at our home so I was confused - it had not been removed yet since it was so early in the day. I figured it was an honest billing mistake. The customer sevice person emailed me back at 7:45am, saying that the $74 was an overage fee since our dumpster went over the 1-ton weight limit. BUT THE DUMPSTER HADN'T EVEN BEEN PICKED UP YET. I STILL gave the benefit of the doubt, wondering if there was a censor of some sort on the dumpsters where they can tell the weight digitally from afar - but THEN, I read some of the other bad reviews here, and it seems this is a recurring thing. They charged my card for additional weight before they even removed/weighed the dumpster - had I not set alerts up to my phone, I likely wouldn't have realized this extra charge for quite awhile (if ever). I messaged with customer support who said they'll look into it with accounting, and I asked for photo/documentation proof of the final weight of our dumpster - to prove they charge fairly and aren't just adding how ever much weight they want knowing there's no way for customers to find out. The woman told me that IF this was an accurate charge, she'd provide the weight ticket from the landfill (proving they do NOT weigh it until it's at the landfill which would've been hours after my 5:48am credit charge). Support came back saying it WAS a "mistake," and I shouldn't have been charged that - and they did reverse it quickly; but I am left to wonder based on this experience and the past reviews if this was genuinely a mistake, or if this is something they do to get extra money every so often in hopes that people don't notice the additional charge to their credit cards. Good experience other than now feeling like they tried to charge me extra unfairly - and likely will not use this 3rd party company again for that reason alone.
