What should I know about the delivery area?

It is important that you work with us to help pick a delivery area for the waste container that is going to be easily accessible. Keep in mind that we are going to be arriving on a flatbed truck with your rental and we need quite a bit of space to get that to go off without any issues. We back in to your location, and the truck is quite wide, so please remove any vehicles or other obstructions that might be in the immediate area. It's worth mentioning that under no circumstances are we going to be able to deliver to an alleyway. Alleyways are simply too narrow for us to get into.

When it comes to the road leading up to your delivery zone, it should be properly paved and wide enough to fit our truck without any issue. Some one-way streets, for example, are going to be tricky for us to navigate down if there is also parking allowed. We try to iron out all the specifics of your intended rental before we set you up with the open-top order. The last thing either side wants is for us to not be able to complete your request. Keep in mind that you should choose a delivery spot that is also properly paved as well. Grassy areas become tricky, especially during waste removal once the dumpster has had time to settle. There is also the possibility of the weather causing the ground to change.
