Keep in mind when you are filling your dumpster and finishing your project that we do not automatically come out and handle your waste removal. You must call and schedule the removal before we send our drivers back to your location. Just remember to call us and not the number on the side of the dumpster. Budget Dumpster handles every portion of the rental for you to help avoid any confusion or headaches. And if you have any questions along the way, don't hesitate to ask either. Our customer service representatives are ready and waiting to take your call and answer anything that may be on your mind related to your roll-off rental.
Another thing we ask you to remember is that you must be totally finished with the waste container before you call. Our drivers are not going to be able to wait around onsite while you continue to fill the dumpster with refuse. In this situation, they would leave without handling your waste removal and you would need to call and reschedule. This would also result in a costly trip fee being assessed to your account. Trip fees can be over one hundred dollars and they are non-refundable, so that is certainly something to avoid. Overfilling the dumpster is another situation that would result in us not being able to remove it from your location and therefore charging your account with a trip fee.
