The most common situation that results in a trip fee would be over filling a waste container. This means that you have either filled the dumpster unevenly or you have filled the unit beyond capacity. Please keep all refuse within the boundaries of the dumpster to avoid over-filling. Another instance that would result in a trip fee is if we come out to handle either delivery or waste removal and we cannot reach your location. This could be due to a vehicle blocking the delivery zone or even a road that is improperly paved and inaccessible to our driver. If your project is going to require a permit, please obtain the necessary permit before the scheduled date of delivery. If our driver shows up onsite and you do not have your permit, they would not make delivery.
