What should I do when I am finished with the roll-off?
When you have finished with your rental, all you have to do is call us back. Talking to one of our customer service reps, you can schedule your waste removal right over the phone. Please note that we do not automatically come out at any point to remove the dumpster from your location unless you have called. This is to ensure that you are going to have as much time with the unit as you need. We understand that some projects will extend out longer than anticipated. This is why you are able to keep the rental as long as you need, we even have a flat-rate pricing plan of ten dollars a day for every day after the first fourteen. We work on your schedule at Budget Dumpster.
When you call for waste removal, make sure that you call us here at Budget Dumpster. Do not call one of the numbers that might be on the side of the dumpster. We handle every part of the rental for you to help avoid any confusion. Also, please be totally finished with the unit before calling us back. Unfortunately, our drivers are not going to be able to wait around while you continue to fill the dumpster with refuse. In this situation, they would leave the dumpster where it is and you would need to reschedule for a later date. This would also result in a trip fee being assessed to your account for the time it took us to get to you.
