How long can I keep the roll-off unit? - We place an initial two week rental period on each dumpster that you rent with us. This does not mean that you are unable to extend the rental beyond that point if you need to. We don't limit your time with the open-top because we know that you can't have an idea how long you will need the dumpster until you have already spent time with it. This is why we offer a flat-rate pricing plan of ten dollars a day for every day after the first fourteen. Feel free to keep the unit as long as you need. Do I need a permit? - If you are going to have the roll-off unit delivered to privately-owned property, then there is no need to get a permit before the scheduled date of delivery. However, if any part of the dumpster will be placed on public property, then you would need to get a permit before the scheduled date of delivery. Please make sure if a permit is required you have obtained one before our driver arrives onsite.
