Make sure that you are filling the unit evenly throughout. If one end of the container is heavier than another, then the dumpster cannot be properly loaded back onto the flatbed. And make sure that the refuse does not go higher than level with the height of the walls. There can be nothing hanging over the sides of the waste container and stacked beyond the physical dimensions of the roll-off. By law, we are not allowed on the road with a dumpster that is filled beyond capacity. Please keep this in mind when you are filling the unit and there will be no issues.
What about heavy debris? - If you will be disposing of heavy debris (such as concrete asphalt, dirt, sand, sheetrock, and brick) then you must fill the unit evenly as with standard refuse. Please do not fill one end heavier than the other. Also, do not fill the open-top container more than approximately halfway up the height of the walls. Anything more than this and the unit would be too heavy to load back onto the flatbed. When it comes to heavy debris, there can only be one type of refuse loaded into the container. If there is more than one type of substance, we will not make pickup on your rental. We cannot mix substances when it comes to these types of debris. So you would need to rent your dumpsters accordingly. For every type, you would need the corresponding number of roll-off rentals.
