Can I keep my dumpster rental on the street in Portland?
Yes, but the city requires an Encroachment Permit before delivery. If you’re planning to keep your bin in a driveway or other private space, you don’t need a permit.
Avoid tossing flammable, toxic or hazardous waste. Our dumpster rental service also prohibits appliances with refrigerants, hot water tanks and tires. You can toss furniture, wood, drywall, yard waste and household junk without issue.
Our standard dumpster rental period is seven to 10 days, but you can usually extend your timeline for a flat daily rate. We also offer early pickups if you finish ahead of schedule.

4. Schedule your pickup. To ensure pickup and avoid a trip fee, your dumpster must be accessible and only contain approved debris piled no higher than the sidewalls.
