How do I schedule waste removal?
Waste removal is handled the same way you place an order. All you have to do is give us a call to schedule a pickup. Typically, if you call before noon on a given day, we can get out to you the following business day with a truck to remove your waste container. Just be sure to call the same number you did to place your order initially. Sometimes, there is a number posted on the side of the dumpster, that is not the number to call. We handle every part of the service for you to help facilitate the process. So just give us a call when you are finished, and we'll put you on the schedule for waste removal. If you need another dumpster to replace the one you have filled, we can handle that too.
The only thing we ask is that if you are scheduling waste removal and are not requesting another dumpster, you have finished the project entirely. Our drivers are not going to be able to wait around while you continue to toss refuse into the unit. They are also not going to be able to help you toss refuse into the rental either. If they arrive and you are not finished, the driver will leave and your account will be assessed a trip fee for this attempt. Trip fees are costly, they are automatically assessed to the account, and they are also nonrefundable. So it is important that you hold off on waste removal until you are ready.
