How long can I keep my open-top rental? - There is an initial two week period that is included with each roll-off unit that you rent from us. This begins from the time the dumpster is delivered to your location and not when you place the order. We believe that you should have a full two weeks with the dumpster, not two weeks from the time you call in. And if you are going to be ordering more than one dumpster, each waste container has its own rental period attached to it. This means that orders of multiple dumpsters will have as many rental periods as there are units. And if you are going to need longer with any of your rentals, that is no problem either. We can extend your rental periods out as long as you need. There is a flat-rate pricing plan of ten dollars a day that kicks in after the first fourteen days.
What if I need more than one but don't have the space? - That's perfectly fine. We can set you up with something called an empty and return service. This means that you are always going to have a unit onsite when you need one, but never be taking up more room than you have. With an empty and return service, just call us back once you have finished using one roll-off rental. We'll send a driver out at that point to make pickup. At the same time, we'll deliver a fresh, empty open-top waste container to replace the one we are taking away.
