How do you cater my roll-off rental service? - It all starts with a phone call. By asking you a few simple questions we can figure out just what size and type of dumpster you are going to need. And by speaking with you about the size of the project you have ahead we can decide just how many waste containers your project will most likely require. Also, we are available every step of the way. This means that if you ever need to change anything around with your order that is never a problem.

Will you deliver to more than one location? - We certainly will. We can deliver to as many different locations as you are working from. So no matter how many jobs you have going on at once, we can accommodate everything. You can be sure that all of your projects are going to be handled with expertise and care, just like you would expect. You can even place an order for multiple deliveries to be made to a single location. However many open-top units you are going to require, we'll make sure they arrive when you need them to.

Do I need a permit? - A permit is only going to be required if you are going to have any part of the waste container placed on public property. This includes sidewalks and city streets in residential neighborhoods. Permits can be obtained through the city and they are required to be present on the scheduled date of delivery. Our drivers cannot deliver your roll-off dumpster if you need a permit but have not already obtained one.

We rented a 20 yd dumpster for 2 weeks, with the rental period ending on 8/28/24. The service when I ordered/confirmed was quick and great, the dropoff was simple and easy, and scheduling pickup was simple as well. I had NO issues with this company or dumpster until the day of pickup. READ HERE: On the day of pickup, at 5:48am, I got a notification of a $74 charge to my credit card (the card that was used to pay upfront for the rental). I immediately emailed customer support and asked what the charge was for because we STILL HAD the dumpster at our home so I was confused - it had not been removed yet since it was so early in the day. I figured it was an honest billing mistake. The customer sevice person emailed me back at 7:45am, saying that the $74 was an overage fee since our dumpster went over the 1-ton weight limit. BUT THE DUMPSTER HADN'T EVEN BEEN PICKED UP YET. I STILL gave the benefit of the doubt, wondering if there was a censor of some sort on the dumpsters where they can tell the weight digitally from afar - but THEN, I read some of the other bad reviews here, and it seems this is a recurring thing. They charged my card for additional weight before they even removed/weighed the dumpster - had I not set alerts up to my phone, I likely wouldn't have realized this extra charge for quite awhile (if ever). I messaged with customer support who said they'll look into it with accounting, and I asked for photo/documentation proof of the final weight of our dumpster - to prove they charge fairly and aren't just adding how ever much weight they want knowing there's no way for customers to find out. The woman told me that IF this was an accurate charge, she'd provide the weight ticket from the landfill (proving they do NOT weigh it until it's at the landfill which would've been hours after my 5:48am credit charge). Support came back saying it WAS a "mistake," and I shouldn't have been charged that - and they did reverse it quickly; but I am left to wonder based on this experience and the past reviews if this was genuinely a mistake, or if this is something they do to get extra money every so often in hopes that people don't notice the additional charge to their credit cards. Good experience other than now feeling like they tried to charge me extra unfairly - and likely will not use this 3rd party company again for that reason alone.
