What should I know about filling the dumpster?
We ask that you keep a few things in mind when you are filling your waste container with refuse. This is to ensure that there are no issues when it comes time for us to handle pickup for you. Avoid costly trip fees and the annoyance of being stuck with your dumpster onsite by following our terms of service. We'd like to start with the rules for all refuse, regardless of the type of debris you are tossing. Please fill your open-top order evenly throughout. This means that you are not letting one end of the rental be filled any higher than the other. An uneven dumpster cannot be loaded back onto our flatbed. Also keep in mind that our drivers will not help you remove or shift any of the refuse when they arrive for waste removal.
For general household and construction debris, please make sure that you are filling the roll-off until that refuse is level with the height of the walls. This means that there is nothing sticking out beyond the dimensions of the container. By law, we are not allowed on the road with a dumpster that is filled beyond capacity. For heavy debris, please refrain from filling the dumpster any more than halfway. This is due to the incurred weight of these substances. Also, if you are disposing of more than one type of heavy debris, please rent as many dumpsters as you have debris types. Keep in mind there are restricted debris types that under no circumstances are you allowed to dispose of in your dumpster rental.
