What should I know about the delivery area?
Every dumpster is different. This is why you should be sure about the dimensions before you set up your delivery date. We want you to know how big the dumpster is so there are never any issues when it comes time to get that dumpster delivered onsite. It is important to also know about the area where you would like that dumpster to be dropped. Please note that under no circumstances can we deliver to alley ways.
First of all, make sure that the road leading up to your location is easily serviceable. We have a flatbed truck that we use to make deliveries and it is going to require the road to be properly paved without any hazards that may get in the way. If there are low-hanging branches or wires, this could also cause an issue. When it comes to the location itself, we ask that you have chosen a spot where we are going to be able to make delivery as well as waste removal without any issues.
Please remove all vehicles or other obstructions from the immediate delivery zone. Our drivers are not going to be able to wait around while you move something out of the location. In this instance, they would leave without handling the open-top delivery, or they would leave with the dumpster still onsite, depending on what part of the order we were attempting.
