What should I know about filling the waste container?
First of all, make sure that you are filling your dumpster rental evenly throughout. This means that regardless of the refuse type, you don't have one end of the open-top filled more than the other. We ask you to keep this in mind so that there are no issues when our driver shows up onsite to handle your waste removal. There is a door on each unit that can be utilized to keep that refuse spread evenly. If you have any questions, give us a call at any point. Any of our customer service representatives can help you get a better idea about filling the dumpster.
If you are going to be disposing of general household and construction debris, please make sure that you are filling the roll-off rental until the refuse is level with the height of the walls. Anything higher than this and by law we would not be allowed on the road with your unit. For heavy debris, please avoid filling the dumpster any more than halfway up the walls. This is due to the incurred weight of these substances. Also, please note that we cannot allow you to mix various forms of heavy debris into the same waste container. Heavy debris must be in its own dumpster and if you are going to have more than one type you must rent your dumpsters accordingly. We are sorry for the inconvenience but with the weight of heavy debris, we would simply be unable to load a dumpster back onto our flatbed that is filled more than halfway or has more than one type of heavy debris.
