I need more than one dumpster but don't have space.

That's no problem at all. We can set you up with something called an empty and return service. This means that you are going to have as many open-top orders as you need but never take up more space than you can afford. Just be sure that you are going to have enough room for at least two dumpsters at a time. The reason for this is because our driver will arrive with your empty waste container, drop it off, and remove the full one, typically in that order. This is to better streamline the process.

How do I schedule waste removal?

When you are finished with your roll-off rental, just give us a call. Contacting Budget Dumpster is the only way to have your dumpster removed from your location. Please note that we do not automatically come out at any point to handle your waste removal without you first calling and scheduling it. And please be sure to call Budget Dumpster and not the number on the side of the dumpster. We handle every part of the rental service for you to help avoid any confusion. And please do not still be working with the dumpster when we arrive. Our drivers are unable to wait around while you continue to fill the waste container with refuse. In this situation, you would need to reschedule the waste removal for a later date. This would also result in a costly trip fee being assessed to your account.

We rented a 20 yd dumpster for 2 weeks, with the rental period ending on 8/28/24. The service when I ordered/confirmed was quick and great, the dropoff was simple and easy, and scheduling pickup was simple as well. I had NO issues with this company or dumpster until the day of pickup. READ HERE: On the day of pickup, at 5:48am, I got a notification of a $74 charge to my credit card (the card that was used to pay upfront for the rental). I immediately emailed customer support and asked what the charge was for because we STILL HAD the dumpster at our home so I was confused - it had not been removed yet since it was so early in the day. I figured it was an honest billing mistake. The customer sevice person emailed me back at 7:45am, saying that the $74 was an overage fee since our dumpster went over the 1-ton weight limit. BUT THE DUMPSTER HADN'T EVEN BEEN PICKED UP YET. I STILL gave the benefit of the doubt, wondering if there was a censor of some sort on the dumpsters where they can tell the weight digitally from afar - but THEN, I read some of the other bad reviews here, and it seems this is a recurring thing. They charged my card for additional weight before they even removed/weighed the dumpster - had I not set alerts up to my phone, I likely wouldn't have realized this extra charge for quite awhile (if ever). I messaged with customer support who said they'll look into it with accounting, and I asked for photo/documentation proof of the final weight of our dumpster - to prove they charge fairly and aren't just adding how ever much weight they want knowing there's no way for customers to find out. The woman told me that IF this was an accurate charge, she'd provide the weight ticket from the landfill (proving they do NOT weigh it until it's at the landfill which would've been hours after my 5:48am credit charge). Support came back saying it WAS a "mistake," and I shouldn't have been charged that - and they did reverse it quickly; but I am left to wonder based on this experience and the past reviews if this was genuinely a mistake, or if this is something they do to get extra money every so often in hopes that people don't notice the additional charge to their credit cards. Good experience other than now feeling like they tried to charge me extra unfairly - and likely will not use this 3rd party company again for that reason alone.
