What should I know about filling the waste container?
There are a few things to keep in mind when you are filling your rental to make sure there are no issues when it comes time for waste removal. Most important, make sure that you are not over-filling your dumpster. By this, we mean two things. First, if you are filling one side of the waste container more than the other, this would result in an issue when it comes time for us to put the dumpster back onto your flatbed. There is a door on each unit that can be utilized to keep your refuse spread evenly. We ask that you are doing this for your household as well as your construction debris. And please do not toss any restricted debris items into the dumpster.
The second thing to keep in mind when it comes to filling is that you do not allow any of the refuse to go above the height of the walls. We cannot, by law, be on the road with a dumpster that is filled beyond its dimensions. This is not simply a company policy so there is no wiggle room on this. If our driver shows up and you have filled your dumpster unevenly or beyond capacity, they will not handle your waste removal. This would mean you then need to reschedule your pickup for a later date. Please note that this would also result in a trip fee being assessed to your account as well. Trip fees are costly and unfortunately they are nonrefundable.
