What is the process of renting a roll-off?
It's easier than ever before to rent a roll-off. Feel free to place an order online or call into our customer service center. Your can even get a quote on a dumpster without speaking to one of our reps. We invite you to compare us to our competitors before making your final decision. If you have decided we're the best choice (and we hope that you do), give us a call. The customer service rep that you speak with will start asking you some questions about the type of project you are going to be working on, what sort of refuse you will be disposing of, and how much of that refuse there is going to be. Depending on your answers, they will help you decide on a dumpster (or maybe more than one, or a few different sizes) that is going to be the best choice for the job.
From there, the rep will determine where the best delivery location would be for your waste container. They will also help you to pick out a delivery date for the unit. Typically, if you have called in before noon on a given day, we can make delivery the next business day. However, if you are not prepared to get started, feel free to set delivery as far out as necessary. We'll finalize everything with you before taking your credit card information as well as any other last-minute delivery suggestions. Then, all you need to do is wait until the dumpster is delivered.
