How do I get my dumpster removed?
At Budget Dumpster, we handle every part of the rental for our customers. This means that all you have to do is fill up your dumpster and make two phone calls and that's it. When you are finished with the open-top, it's time for you to schedule your waste removal. Please note that we do not automatically come out to handle pickup until you have called and asked us to do so. We believe in providing our customers as much time as they need with the dumpster so that you can always get your project completed. When you are finished, be sure that you call us and not any of the numbers that may be on the side of the dumpster. Budget Dumpster is your one-stop-shop rental service.
Another thing to keep in mind is that you are totally finished with the roll-off before you call to schedule a pickup. Our drivers are not going to be able to wait around onsite while you continue to fill the dumpster with refuse. In this instance, they would leave the dumpster where it is and you would need to reschedule for a later date. This would also result in a trip fee being assessed to your account for this initial attempt. Avoid any issues or costly trip fees by waiting until you have finished with the rental before call us back. If you have gone over the two week period, that's fine, there's a flat-rate price of ten dollars a day that kicks in for every day after that initial fourteen days.
