So what comes with an open-top order?
When you place an order with Budget Dumpster, everything is included. And we should start by saying that the price you are quoted is the price you are going to pay every time. We are transparent and streamlined with our customers when it comes to their waste removal. With your order, you of course receive the dumpster itself. This includes the delivery and the pickup of the unit as well. We don't try and couch in the pickup as a separate fee after the fact. You are also getting a two week rental period that begins when we drop the rental onsite. If you are going to need longer with the dumpster, we do a have flat-rate pricing plan of ten dollars a day for every day after the first fourteen.
Is there any way I would pay more?
Aside from extending your rental period, the only situation where you would pay more than initial price you were charged is incurring a trip fee. Trip fees result from over-filling your dumpster, somehow making the area inaccessible for our driver, or failing to obtain a permit for a location that requires one through the city. Trip fees are costly, sometimes over one hundred dollars depending on the situation, and they are nonrefundable. Make sure that you have followed the terms of service we lay out to you over the phone. If you are going to have more waste than initially anticipated, order another dumpster instead of filling the one you have beyond capacity.
