What to do when I am finished with the waste container?
After you have finished the project that you are working on, the only thing left to do is schedule your waste removal. We don't automatically come out after your two week rental period has ended, so when you are done using the roll-off rental, simply call us back. We like to ensure that if you are going to need the dumpster for longer that you are able to do so. Please remember when you call to phone us here at Budget Dumpster. We handle every part of your order for you to help avoid any confusion. Once you call, we'll work with you to find the best pickup date. Typically, if you call us before noon during the week, we'll be able to come out to you the very next business day.
Do not still be using the open-top order when our driver arrives at your jobsite. If this happens, your pickup request will not be completed and you would need to reschedule. This would also result in a trip fee being assessed to your account. Trip fees can typically be over one hundred dollars and are unfortunately non-refundable.
