Please, once you call, be finished with the dumpster though. Our drivers are unable to wait around while you continue to fill the open-top order with refuse. In this situation, they would leave without handling your waste removal and you would need to reschedule for a later date. This would also result in a trip fee being assessed to your account as well. Trip fees are costly and nonrefundable. Also, if you have over-filled your roll-off rental, our drivers are not going to be able to remove refuse for you or help you remove any refuse.
